More than 30 young people from 10 different countries came to Mersin for the ”Face On The Mirror” Project of Contemporary Youth Assosation”. They got information about the history, culture and social life of the city Mersin. They will continue to their study in Kizkalesi which is a touristic town in Mersin, so they will also have the possibility for a holiday.
The Visitors then visited the MERSINEMA with Ufuk BAY,President of Contamporary youth assosation and got information about the art and cultural studies in Mersin. The MERSİNEMA administrators told them that people from different nation and different religion live in peace in Turkey. Ufuk Bay gave information about the Project of which budget was paid by EU youth and Education Centre. He expressed that they aim to publish a magazine about the Project in May both in Turkish and English. In that magazine he told they will introduce the Project making organisations which was paid was Europan Union like their project. He also added that it will be a guide for the organisations want to make projects and to benefit from that funds.
